I lost my watch and do not have the find my iPhone connected to the watch nor the cellular option. How can I find the last place it was ?

I do have my phone set up with find my iPhone however the watch is not showing on the device list!?

Has the watch been paired with this iPhone, or did you remove the Apple Watch from the device list at some point in the past?
