which of you have experience with registration of a domain name in iCloud . I have already my own domain name registered at an other provider, so I need to move it to iCould . How much time is needed for this and will I still receive my e-mails during the process?

If I understand correctly... you cannot move any domain name to iCloud, you can set up an iCloud eMail address, or set up syncing files using iCloud, but it is not a hosting service. :)
