I would like to request a refund, because I haven't subscribed anything on apple store, but apple keeps taking money from my bank account, the amount is 3,49. I would really appreciate if you fix this issue.

Money deducted by Apple Money which is not linked to any subscription has been deducted from my account by Apple. How can I log in a complaint to get a refund?
