Purchased 2TB of iCloud storage but it’s not showing up.

Purchased 2TB of iCloud storage but it’s not showing up.

And my debit card been charged but haven’t received an e-mail receipt.

I have tried signing out and reboot my iPhone but nothing worked.

All of my 2 iPhones and Macbook are stills showing 200G plan.


Please help me resolve this issue

Ask Apple Support what is going on here.

For Financial Assistance, contact Apple Support. These are user-to-user forums. We are not Apple.  Apple barely reads these site on their own time, as it is. As you may suspect, no one here would know the answer to this. So, contact Apple Support. The'll see what has occurred, and will run you through the fix. Here is the information for contacting Apple Support:

Apple Phone Support:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as Necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)


Screenshare:

Perform a screensharing session with the Apple Rep. Explain to them what is going on. In doing so, they will see this firsthand from your perspective.

A1. Based on Personal Experience... For Financial Assistance, contact Apple Support. Seems it has yet-to-be processed. I've come across this issue, and it turned out to be a transaction that did not go through successfully due to Utility work down the street (nothing on my end). So, I called them, and the fixed this to how it should be.


Q2. "There was a glitch on your system that messed up with my purchase. I was successfully purchased but the app keeps asking me to "re- make a payment" Check your system. You should receive 369฿ from my Apple ID. And if not then I'm gonna wait a few more days and see if the money will return to my Bank Account."

Getting Storage to Show as it Should:


A. Restart Frist:

Having made the upgrade, start with a restart.

Manually Restart your iPhone:

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Select: General
  3. Scroll to: the Very Bottom
  4. Select: Shut Down
  5. Slide Finger: to the Right
  6. Wait: 30 Seconds
  7. Power One: the iPhone
  8. Try this Once More



No success?

B. New iCloud Session:

Log out of iCloud on all of your devices, and then log back in. Perhaps it all needs to resync?

What's the Source of this?

So, where are you seeing this purchase/transaction? Is it an eMail? A Text Message? It should show up in your Purchase History. If not, then it may be a scam message in regards to a purchase you made. So, what is the source of this payment.
