i have an issue with my app store , i’ve tried downloading a new app but it still shows the loading sign , it does not bring me to the blue loading sign with the stop button . i’ve tried restarting my phone and signing in and out of my apple id but still the same , i was hoping someone could help ?

Your service provider lost its connection to the Internet.
Open Settings, then tap Airplane Mode to toggle it on, then 15 seconds later, tap to toggle it off.
