I want to add my daughter’s debit card to her wallet for purchases

I want to add my daughter’s debit card to her Apple wallet so she can make in app purchases with her own card not my card. She’s under 13 yrs old, Can I do that or no?

It appears that you have your daughter added to the Family Sharing feature. If she makes a purchase from the App Store or an in-app purchase then the card that you have associated with your Apple ID will be charged. This is true for all other Family Sharing members as well.
