IMAP instead of POP on iPhone 14
On new iPhone 14, when i try to add an imap email account, it finds my email provider but makes it a POP account. How do i get it to establish an IMAP since it doesn't give me a choice?

The provider's methods are not helpful either. They too indicate to "Select IMAP" after entering the username and email account. I do not receive an option to select IMAP or POP as noted in the Comcast instructions or other instructions viewed.
