Settings app has disappeared

I tried searching for it on the Home Screen but no luck. Not in any folder either.

Use App Library to search Settings app, see -> Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone

If you have find Settings app, tap & hold on the app, then drag to the Home screen & drop it.
