Installing macOs Sierra

Hello I tried resetting my laptop, now, I have been having trouble in installing the macOs Sierra, it keeps saying that “An error occurred while preparing the installation. Try running this application again.” And I kept shutting down and reinstalling it again, but that same notification keeps on appearing, i need help because i cannot use my laptop, and i need asap :((

Hi Tintin583,

If you are having trouble installing macOS see If an error occurred while updating or installing macOS

This goes over steps to:

Check your internet connection
Install in safe mode
Install after repairing your disk
Install from macOS Recovery
Install after erasing your Mac
