Voice isolation remove my voice while calling
When I’ve enabled voice isolation it not only removing noise but also removing my voice too. But standard mode working fine.

We understand that your voice isn't being heard when using Voice Isolation. I you haven't already done so, restart your iPhone and make sure you're running the latest iOS version for the most recent performance fixes.
Try using FaceTime while connected to different networks. If not specific to when connected to a network, contact Apple Support to investigate the behavior.
