Transaction failed when adding money to Apple Pay

On two different occasions about three days apart I added $300 to my Apple cash account and the transactions failed although the money was deducted from my bank account. This is happened many times in the past and I always receive the money back in my Apple cash account within three days. It’s been a week and a half, and I have only received one of those $300 transactions back in my Apple Pay. How long will it take to receive these funds in my Apple Cash account?

Hello Anew123,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you have some questions regarding how long it takes to get your money back. Allow us to share some information with you. According to the following resource here: Send and receive money with Apple Cash - Apple Support

It states the following:

It might take 1-3 business days for the money to be refunded, depending on your bank or card issuer.

It does sound like it's taken longer than that. You might want to reach out to your bank or possibly even Apple Support for more assistance if you have not seen your money refunded. Just in case, you can reach Apple Support by going here: Get Support

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Best of luck.
