My USB Key Board is not working since i up graded to 13.1

I am using a Macally with 2 USB ports on it ,been using these for over 15 years. Will work for about 10 minutes after starting up, then the blue lite starts to bleaking then quits working.Using a Apple key board now.
An Apple keyboard or something else?
