Everytime my husband calls me it goes straight to voicemail

All other calls work on both phones. I have tried checking blocked contents, do not disturb, and turning off call forwarding. I have put both phones in airplane mode and taken them off. I have updated both iphone 13’s to the most recent version. we both have different apple ids signed in. I am at a loss. Any ideas?

Hey Robynw0982,

If you haven't already, let's restart both devices. Restarting has been known to resolve some software related issues. To restart, follow the steps below or in this article: Restart your iPhone.

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

Call filtering apps include features such as blocking numbers. Do you have any call filtering apps installed? If you're unsure, follow the steps below to check.

  1. Go to Settings > Phone.
  2. Tap Call Blocking & Identification.

If you do have them installed, this might be the issue. If not, we recommend contacting your carrier to inquire about block features they may have initiated.

Hope this helps. Take care.
