we have had apple devices for years. Up until now Screentime has worked great. Since updating devices to 16.2 and subsequently 16.3 all the screen time settings for our kids devices no longer get saved. Very frustrating. We gave tried restarting all the devices as well as signing in and out. Was hoping the update 16.3 would have fixed it. Any ideas - thanks

Same issue. Hard Restarts of all devices with no resolution.
Still not working for me. Numerous threads in communities with no resolution in site. My daughter again was up until 1 am watching videos on her phone because downtime keeps turning itself off. Beyond frustrating for a primary family feature.
