Health and Appstore not working!

Hello! Im sorry in advance, this is going to be a little long.

APPSTORE:

Basically, a few months ago I noticed that whenever i search for an app on the Appstore on the search tab, I type the apps name in and i click search, then the page is stuck on this spinning wheel. It continues loading forever, I do have some lucky days where it says it cannot connect to the appstore try again and then it works, but only for a day, then it goes back to the spinning wheel. I have a lot of apple devices under the same iCloud account and I never had this issue. I even tried going to multiple other wifi connections to see if its my wifi but no luck.

HEALTH:

Same as the appstore, whenever i try to use an app that will connect to my health app on iPhone to get like steps or sleeping info from my apple watch it doesnt work, the app just crashes. When i try to add the app from the Health app under Profile, privacy section, Apps, and try to add it from there, the spinning wheel comes back and never stops spinning. With this one i never have lucky days of it working it never works. Also i have noticed recently Health has stopped showing my sleep data from the Apple watch as well as step count, heart rate, ect... It last worked on Janurary 10th.

Everything is paired up exactly as it should be and i really dont want to reset my iPhone for this and have to go through all of the trouble just to get this working. This is really dumb.

Devices:

iPhone 11 Pro and 14 Pro

Apple Watch series 7
