CONSTANT SOS

Since updating (16.3.1) my iPhone 13, it is constantly in SOS mode. I can’t call out, I can’t receive texts. I use my phone for work so this is a big problem. Why is this happening and how can I fix this? I NEVER had service issues before.

That means that your connection to your cellular provider’s network is not working. Here’s a starting point→If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad.

You will probably have to contact your carrier to resolve the problem.

Go to Settings/General/Transfer or Reset iPhone/Reset/Reset Network Settings. This will erase all network data, including Wi-Fi passwords, but will not “break” anything else. And it may fix the problem.

Another possibility is a very weak cellular signal. If you lose your cellular network connection for more than a few minutes the phone will go to a 5 minute retry cycle.

Yeah I did that. They said there was a glitch with the update and if you have a physical SIM card to switch to an E-SIM card and that should take care of the problem, so I did that and it still is SOS more then it’s not. The minute I switch to airplane mode and back to “reset” the network it’s fine but I constantly doing that and I’m constantly missing calls.
