Subscription

Good evening. Can you tell me how you cancel your subscription? If it's in the current ones but there is no cancel button? Every time I come from the bank payment, although I do not use the application, I will only change the payment again

iPhone 11, iOS 16

If you have an active subscription made through Apple, you can find your subscriptions here:

Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Tap on the subscription you want to cancel and select Cancel Subscription at the bottom. If you do NOT see this button, it is because your subscription has already been cancelled. If you have just paid for a new period, you will still have access to the service until it expires.

You will also be able to see a text, for example "Expires 03/01/2023"

If you have an active iCloud+ subscription, see how to downgrade here:

If you want to change your payment method, see here:

If you have regretted your purchase, you can request a refund, see more here:

If an app has a subscription associated with it, see -> Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -> Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

  • If you delete an app, it doesn’t cancel in-app subscriptions that you might have. While deleting an app, you might see a Cancel Subscriptions option. Learn how to cancel your subscriptions.

If you don't want to continue a subscription you need always to cancel that subscription in time, see the following Apple articles:

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed
