How I do get all my old songs back to my library, I recently purchased Apple Music again and now all the songs are out of my library.

If there's an issue when you re-download apps, films or other content from Apple – Apple Support
There is a very short grace period between cancelling and resubscribing to Apple Music whereby your Library remains intact. You'll most likely have to start from scratch.
