No option to dispute an Apple Pay charge

That will depend on what payment method was charged.


If you have charge on a personal credit card, contact your Bank or credit card issuer like you would for any transaction on your credit card you wish to dispute. You should also contact the Merchant that made the charge.


If you were charged on a Goldman Sachs Apple Card credit card, then follow the steps in the support document linked below.

If the charge you see says Apple.com/bill, then that has nothing to do with Apple Pay. It is a charge from Apple's digital stores: iTunes, App and iBooks stores. You can identify the charge and request a refund if required by following the steps in the support document linked below.
