I know I am inputting the correct Apple ID and password - which works on my computer. I purchased new TVs for my home and I cannot log in. Please help!

It may have to do with the TV’s privacy settings. Try this:
Restart your Sony tv then try again
To restart, hold down the power button on your Sony remote for 5 seconds, then select restart
