iPhone iCloud locked
I bought an iPhone online and it happened to be locked to a previous owner. I have no way to contact the previous owner. Are you guys able to unlock it for me. It said that you might be able to.

Nobody on these boards can, and nobody at Apple will; it's an anti-theft measure. Ask the people running the website you bought it through for a refund.
