Relaunch Finder: 

Seems there is a Finder window open that is somewhere not showing. So, try relaunching Finder:

1. Go to: Apple Menu
2. Click: Force Quit...
3. Select: Finder
4. Click: Relaunch Button

Troubleshooting iPhone Windows:

Can you provide a screenshot? Or a photo? IMPORTANT: Blank out personal info (i.e. names) buy covering it with red-colored rectangles and such using the Photos app.
