Did Apple change access for older Mac's with High Sierra? It used to work fine; now it gives us a sign-in screen that does not take info to sign in. Please respond. I don't want to pay for Apple TV if I can't use it.

Since you are having issues with the webpage, the following info may help:
"Test with a private window

It is the website that will not permit me to sign in. I will attach screen shot. It looks like I should be able to sign in, but it will not take any typed letters in the box.
