If you want to reset all your settings on your iPhone, go to:

Settings General Transfer or Reset iPhoneReset Reset All Settings


This will not delete any content on your iPhone, but will only reset your settings.

If you have forgotten the passcode for your iPhone, then unfortunately there is only one way - it must be restored to the factory settings. This will erase your entire iPhone, and not just the settings.
