Suspicious text, need phone number

The phone number will be in the message list just above the message preview. If you open the message it will be at the top of the screen. If you tap on the icon at the top of the screen it will display more options, including “Info”. You can tap on Info to view all of the information about the sender that the phone knows.

Seeing Sender's Number of a Text:

If this is a text messages, then tap on the white-encircled "I", and you should see a number it was send from.
