How do I back up my phone without without connecting Wi-Fi
I want to back up my phone using data not Wi-Fi connection
Sorry, but you can't. Apple does not support iPhone backups to iCloud over cellular or hotspot connections. However, they do allow it for certain 5G cellular connections.
