Fidelity 64-bit Active Trader Pro fails to install on my MacBook Pro

As soon as ATP starts installing after the system permission is granted, it errors out "failed to Install'. Security permission is already granted to install nonapp

store software on my computer, deleted security app. Nothing helps.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.3

If an App Won't Install:

Grant Full Disk Access:

Go to: Apple menu
Select: System Settings
Select: Privacy & Security tab
Click: the Add button
Select: the app in the list
Open and run th app.
