Hi. I opened my MacBook Pro this morning and when I turned it on I saw my screen full of horizontal symmetric black lines covering literally everything . The pc wasn’t damaged in any way, didn’t fall, didn’t hit anything, didn’t touch water. Does anyone know what the issue can be and how to fix it? Thank you 🙏🏻

Its extremely shocking that a corporate of the strature of Apple does not have a conclusive diagonistic for this huge issue faced by large number of users. It should be bought to the notice of industry observers and regulators since taking Apple to courts is not easy for individuals. It borders on mis-guidance and mal-practise and leaves the door open for incompetent unaccountable Apple Service center ( who focus more on sales than service) to give tentative and speculative advice . Apple warranty and Apple Care terms probably include this matter but its definately not loud and clear to many many like us.

I had a similar experience, only worse. I was told my tiny cracks were covered so I left the laptop to be repaired. Got a call the next day saying - Sorry, after tax, it will be $800.
