How to trouble shoot a flickering screen on start up of 2019 13 inch MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.3

1.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5, Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645 1536 MB with 8GB working mem

Macbook pro 2019 13 in SCREEN FLICKERING the screen is flickering in normal mode, but it’s only after i entered the password, it’s fine in safe boot mode and the rest, but alwasy flicker in normal mode, i already tried everything that recomended on the internet, i even reset it to the factory settings, but still not solving the problem, is it the hardware? But why it’s fine in the safeboot?

screen flicker on ventura after i installed the ventura update on my macbook pro m1 2021 the screen flicker in the start up after i tybe my password and flicker one more time in desktop, i ran apple self diagnose and it said the machine is fine and there is no problem detected, im on the last version of macOS so how to fix it ? PS, i turned off true tone and checked if gpu switching is turned on but its turned off

You need to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop to provide you with a repair estimate (if necessary). This is something that needs to be seen in person to diagnose.
