Hi there, I just reset my iphone 13 to transfer all content and app from my previous phone (iphone 6s). I just connected it with wifi, but the next step is it require log in info from remote management (it is said in Vietnamese, so I just translate it into English). It said log in to Meta Platform, Inc. but I don’t know which info it is requiring. Can you help me?

Did you buy a used iPhone? If it was set up under managed software, the only entity who can remove the managed software is whoever installed it in the first place. Whomever you bought this phone from, it was not prepared properly for a new user. You need to work this out with whoever you purchased the phone from.
