I want to update iOS new version

Unfortunately, the iPhone 6s is not compatible with iOS 16.
The highest possible for that model is iOS 15.7.5.

As stedman1 said, you cannot update to the newest version of iOS. If you'd like to, then you'd have to get a new iPhone.

You will need an iPhone 8 or higher if you want to run iOS 16.
