Mac Mini M2

Hi Folks,


I just received my new mac mini m2 and I couldn’t connect to our wifi network, though it says it is connected but cannot reach the internet. My phone and laptop is connected except my mac mini m2. Does anyone has this issue before? I can’t even continue to sign in or set up properly the mac mini cos it won’t let me connect.


Please help, if you know any solutions. Appreciate it! Thank you! 🫶🏼

Thank you for your help. I called Apple support and they helped me, restart things. I don't have a Ethernet cable connection. So what they have done was erasing all contents of mac mini, they actually couldn't fix the issue and the only way was to return the device because after doing that process it wasn't still connecting, we have waited for several minutes and it was still showing connected but no internet.


Since my computer was stuck at Recovery mode due to no wifi connection I tried to restart our router and shortly after 5 minutes it connects. It all works now. I guess thanks to the factory reset, as it is good now. Kind of like half Apple help me and half of it I figure it out myself. :D Cheers!
