Error composing block page

So I can’t go on anything with .com or to order anything because it always says “error composing block page”. How do I fix this?

iPhone 11, iOS 16

"Error composing block page" on iPad 9th generation, does not seem to be related to Safari at all I cannot find a solution anywhere on here or on the web for the error message, "Error composing block page" that pops up on my daughter's iPad in the most unfortunate places. I have not noticed a pattern yet, but every search I do on the internet says it has to do with Safari. I'm not sure what Safari has to do with it, but what do I know? :) She'll be doing something and then get the error and it's a hard stop. Nothing gets out of that page with the error message. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred. That's doesn't make sense! I went on google so this page was reloaded because on a safari it says This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred.
