No "Allow accessories to connect" option in settings
There is no "Allow accessories to connect" in the security settings. Where has this option gone. I cannot connect external SSD, it is not even recognized
iMac 24″, macOS 13.3

Your are Correct and it would not exist on a Mac Studio
Refer to Link Below from Apple on this very topic
If your Mac asks you to allow an accessory to connect - Apple Support
Excerpt from link above
When you use a new or unknown USB accessory, Thunderbolt accessory, or SD card with ➡️ your Mac laptop with Apple silicon ⬅️ and macOS Ventura or later,
Give this a try: boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and test to see if the problem persists. Reboot normally and test again.
NOTE 1: Safe Mode boot can take up to 3 - 5 minutes as it's doing the following;
• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed
• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)
• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically
• Disables user-installed fonts
• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files
NOTE 2: if you have a wireless keyboard with rechargeable batteries connect it with its charging cable before booting into Safe Mode. This makes it act as a wired keyboard as will insure a successful boot into Safe Mode.
Desktops don't have that option. What M1 Mac do you have? Only Apple Silicon laptops have that option. This doesn't mean that it's not a problem. It's just that Apple hasn't fixed the bug, or provided a solution.

Yes, that's why I said it. The problem is that my Mac Studio won't allow some accessories to connect. So, I have to use my M1 14-inch MBP. I'm actually hoping that Apple adds the accessory option to desktop Macs, since so many folks are having this issue. . I wrote on another thread about trying to connect an Android phone to my Studio with no luck.
Product Feedback - Apple and make it known to Apple that you what a new feature added to Sonoma.
Or Product Feedback for the Apple Studio
Though, it would be doubtful that anything will come of this when connecting an Android cellphone to an Apple Studio computer
Apple can fix Apple Services, Apple Applications, Apple Operating Systems and Apple Accessories
Apple can’t fix the Users’ choice of Third Party Cellphones when used on Apple Computers.
That falls clearly Out-Side the Domain of Apple
I tried this approach and I still did not see the "Allow accessories to connect" option within Privacy & Security. Nor was it present when I restarted normally. I am now on Sonoma 14.2.1 and I'm not sure if this situation was present in Ventura. The issue surfaced after uninstalling and reinstalling LogiOptions+ for my Bluetooth mouse. LogiOptions+ fails with "Backend connection problem - click here to launch backend" - but clicking "here" does nothing as it appears to just be text on the purple startup screen with no functionality attached to the text. Two other Macs also on Sonoma 14.2.1 properly show the "Allow accessories to connect" feature. The problem computer is an M1 iMac and the other two are M2 Mac mini and M2 Pro MacBook Pro.

Plugged the phone into my laptop, worked perfectly. Same OS version (14.3.1) on both, so there is something going on with the Studio. Not having an option to "force" the system to allow proper actions with accessories exacerbates the problem. We have seen this with brand new Studios, right out of the box, no other peripherals, etc., so something is broken. From looking at logs, I suspect it's related to Security, but Apple Silicon has had lots of issues with its approach to security. In the meantime, I can't connect certain accessories to my Studio. Oh well. Luckily, I have a laptop that works properly.
Please READ my post. The option to "Allow accessories to connect" does not exist in Ventura 13.3.1 on my M1 Mac
No need to be rude. Sorry the article wasn't helpful.
