On April 7, I purchased an iPad, a 2nd generation pencil, and a case through the website. The iPad and case were received through pickup. However, the pencil pick-up date was delayed, so I canceled it on the pick-up day and applied for a refund. But still no refund processed.Please process your refund quickly.
