Can you change the bass and treble settings?

It’s been a feature of all Apple Music apps , going back to the first iTunes 23 years ago. Are you sure you are looking in the right place?
tap Settings
scroll down and tap Music
scRoll down and tap EQ
It doesn’t have separate bass and treble, but it has a long list of equalization options.
Thank you , I believe these Powerbeats 3’s are just way too weak for me is the biggest issue I’m having.
I’m pretty sure that’s what I have but maybe it’s a free version that doesn’t offer that feature.
