Im the organizer of my Family Sharing Account, (me, wife and 3 kids). Each have our own login IDs, yet Apple Music has combined my music with my wife’s and her music profile runs on both our devices (iphones and Macs). There’s no option on Music or iCloud to switch profiles and separate accounts/music.

Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media and Purchases, sign out and back in with your own Apple IDs.

Thanks, I've done this and it didn't work, but your reply gave me the idea to check my wife's login details and found out that she is logged in under MY EMAIL, and personalised her music app, therefore hijacking mine 🙃 I would have to create a new profile for me now...😄
