Working on a file in Quark 2022. Saved and left the computer, Mac pro with M1 chip running Ventura. Came back and would not open, saud locked. Hours of work to re-create. Get info says it's not locked. How can I recover this? Deadlines approach....

For your third party software if in doubt search the developers website or contact their: Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility/updates/uninstaller
