Please I’m contacting you from my unusual Apple ID.

my usual Apple ID can’t sign out after several attempts for over 3weeks now!! “It says Apple ID not active” I’m very very sure of my password!!!

id like to switch to my other Apple ID

particularly this one!!!

how can I solve this problem as my apps are due for update which couldn’t update

Apple ID Not Active means that your Apple ID has been canceled or suspended. You need to contact the Apple security team to find out why→Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security
