I have a plan to go to Korea. I am currently using Apple Pay in the US, and I wonder if I can use it in Korea the same.

You can see from Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support that South Korea does support Apple Pay.
Whether you can use it with your current cards would be a question we would suggest that you ask the card issuer.
