I can’t get into my old iCloud account to transfer it to my new phone

I need to get into my old iCloud account/email and I don’t kno the password the # I used for back up is gone and idk what to do

Getting Access to Old iCloud:

Change the Apple ID > Reset the password > and then recover the iCloud's data. You'd export the iCloud data to an external hard drive, and then search through it, using the Search Bar located in the top-right corner of a Finder window.
