How can I reset my screen time passcode if I don’t have a forgot password button

Does that mean you are unable to even get to Settings?
If so, force restart the iPhone as follows:
Then erase it.
I cannot reset it because I don’t know what the password is?
Nowhere in the article I provided does it state a reset is required. You must erase the iPhone as detailed in the article.

it still asks for my screen time passcode
I can get into to the setting fine when I reset it it asks for my phone password then my screen time password which I don’t know
I do not have a forgot password button
