Missing songs that were burned from CDs

Hi, I am having a lot of issues but here is the first. I had iTunes on my windows computer. Upgraded iPhone and (finally) managed to sync iTunes onto iPhone 11 but my music that was burned from my CD's did not transfer. I tried connecting my phone to my windows laptop and could not figure out how to get those songs. Drag and drop - Nope. Re-syncing - Nope. I have several songs from my CDs some that are small groups not available to purchase from iTunes/store.

Reb,

First look at the iTunes library on your PC and make sure that those songs are visible in the library, and can play. (Play a few seconds of each to make sure.) Then sync your phone according to the procedure in here:
