Playback music while on call?

I think it’s stupid that we can’t play music on our Bluetooth speakers (NOT the home pod or whatever it is!) while on a call on the phone itself 🙄 was able to do it with my Samsung galaxy j7 that I had before my iPhone 11 no issues! My game jamming music shouldn’t stop just because of a quick call 🤬

I like to listen to music while I am on WhatsApp calls with my friends,

is it possible to

1. Listen to YouTube music in my car speaker while on whatsapp or FaceTime audio calls?
2. if yes, can I control the volume of either of them separately ?

Could you please explain how to do this feature?

While in the car
