My daughters phone won’t let her get past the passcode

Sorry, I'm not clear on what "get past the passcode" might mean.

Are you saying that your daughter has forgotten the passcode?.....or....the correct passcode is being entered, but the phone is not still operating correctly?

If the passcode is entered correctly, what is the next message that appears on the screen?
