Apple Music is set up and visible as family sharing but one family member did not connect. What are the steps to set up properly?

Shared plan is showing visible however when I open Apple Music is asks me to add a plan. What steps are needed to connect properly?

iPhone 8, iOS 16

Try Use Sync Library to access your music library across your devices - Apple Support. It may simply be that you need to turn on the service.
