I cannot add a credit card into my wallet.. I have a child account, is there an age limit on wallet? when trying to add a card I got the following message: "payments card are not supported for this account". can I pleas get a HELP? (Asia, Israel)

Set up Apple Pay - Apple Support
--> 2. If you're less than 13 years old, Apple Pay isn't available and you can't add a card in the Wallet app. Age varies by country or region.
