To help pinpoint what particular account was syncing your contacts, we'll first want to check the iCloud website using a computer: iCloud Contacts If your contacts were syncing with iCloud, they should appear there.

Additionally, are you still seeing your contacts if you sign into the Yahoo website?

Were you syncing your contacts with any other devices? If so, are your contact still appearing on your other devices?
