Battery charge level is available as a complication to selected watch faces.

You can also check the battery level manually via Control Center. Here's how: Check your battery and charge your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Note that the above all refer to battery level, not battery health. Alas, the Apple Watch doesn't have a means of telling us the health of its battery.
