Possible to unlock Mac Studio M2 with iPhone?

I upgraded to a Mac Studio from an Macbook Pro. Is it possible to unlock the Studio with my iPhone? I see some community posts for logging in with an Apple Watch but that won’t work for me.

Ultra Watch can't unlock Mac Pro I have a Mac Pro 2013 running OS Monterey. The Mac gives me the option to unlock it with my ultra watch in security & privacy but when I click the box, it says my watch and phone must be unlocked to accomplish this task. The problem is my watch and phone are both unlocked and it still won't add my watch to unlock the Mac. I did restart my computer.

Can I unlock my MacBook with a Mi Band 6? So I want to unlock my laptop with my mi band 6 but the Mi Blaze Unlock App is only available to Windows. Is there any way I can unlock my mac with my mi band 6? And don't tell me to get an Apple Watch. I don't have an iPhone and I dont want to buy the one with SIM.

There appears to be a bit more to it than Simple Proximity, the way the Apple Watch works.
